Online Sales Associate – Full-Time with Overtime

The Plant Farm is looking for a detail-oriented and plant-loving Online Sales Associate to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on plant work and e-commerce operations. Our online sales team handles the entire process—from selecting and packaging plants to managing inventory, responding to customer inquiries, and creating new product listings.
Job Responsibilities:
- Pull and package online orders with care to ensure plant quality during shipping
- Manage online inventory and maintain accurate stock levels
- Answer customer emails and provide excellent online customer service
- Create product listings, including taking photos, writing descriptions, and updating inventory
- Search for new plants to list and expand our online selection
- Assist in the foliage department when needed by pulling orders or planting plants
Job Requirements:
- 18 years or older
- Mandatory overtime required during the busy spring season
- Available to work Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (schedule may vary with workload)
- Non-tobacco users only (due to risk of Tobacco Mosaic Virus contamination)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working both indoors on a computer and outdoors handling plants
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout an 8-hour shift
- Basic photography skills and familiarity with online sales platforms (training provided)
