What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative and Marketing Assistant position at The Plant Professionals, Inc.?
We seek a well-organized and efficient person with a strong skillset in Microsoft Excel. Answer phones and direct calls, respond to and forward emails and assist team members with production of proposals. You will prepare work orders, post and schedule installations, keep the job boards neat and up to date, take responsibility for sharing information promptly with team leaders and staff. You will keep spreadsheets updated, assist with copying, keep all written forms stocked, create and update forms and flyers as needed.
Responsibilities:
Insure timely and accurate proposal preparation
Prompt work order creation
Friendly and helpful with staff and customers
Take personal responsibility for tasks you are assigned
Requirements:
: Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word, in particular)
Two years business office experience
Helpful:
Bilingual in Spanish and English, Photoshop, IT troubleshooting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
