Job Description
Reports To: Director of Design and Production
Hours:30-40 hours a week
We are looking for a dynamic professional who thrives in a creative environment while overseeing the end-to-end process of creative projects, ensuring projects progress smoothly, meet objectives, and adhere to timelines and budgets.
- Developing client relationships and becoming their main point of contact for large scale projects while overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of artificial plant material.
- Work with the design team on preserved moss art designs and implement design work within the quoted timeframe.
- Keeping moss room stocked with supplies and a clean work environment.
- Assist the design team with prepping materials for new accounts and helping with installations.
- Assisting with design work for holiday decor, along with installation and removal of holiday decor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor while working with clients
- Self motivated and able to work independently
- Adaptability and innovation
- Creative thinking and problem solving ability
- Proficiency in design software
- Comfortably operate vehicles in the city
- High school degree or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Able to pass a drug test/background check
- Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the workday.
- Must be able to climb ladders and work at various heights
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds or more
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
