Job description
As a maintenance technician in training you will have a set daily route of customers. You will be involved in each step of the ever evolving maintenace process in order to sustain beautiful and healthy ponds and water features while creating lasting relationships with awesome people.

While experience in water features would be an advantage, we do have in person and online training and certifications that need to be obtained when you are hired. Additionally you will receive ongoing training to increase your skill set. What we cannot teach is a great attitude, pride in your work, and work ethic. You must already have these.
Pay is based on previous job experience. Pay increase opportunities exist for time-in-service and merit. We have continual reviews as you learn with the company.

Qualifications:
- Clean driving record and reliable (on time) transportation.
- Must be able to pass a Drug Test
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Mechanically Inclined. (Must)
- Knowledge of water quality testing and health (Preferred)
- Knowledge of pond design and construction technique (Preferred).
- Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions for extended periods of time.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and demonstrate great customer service.
- Ability to work with various materials such as rocks, plants, and water features.
- Understanding of water filtration systems.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
- Ability to crouch, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time.
- Hand eye coordination necessary for maneuvering in pond environment.
- Dexterity necessary to use hand tools.
- Basic math skills.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
