Duties
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, and document management.
- Provide exceptional customer support by answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing calls as necessary.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic tasks as needed.
- Act as a personal assistant to senior staff members when required.
- Preform administrative duties promptly and effectively
Experience
- Excellent communication skills: Both verbal and written, to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
- Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a structured work environment.
- Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Technical proficiency: Familiarity with office software like Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic computer skills.
- Time management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
