Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Clean driving record (required)
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to pass a drug test
- High school diploma/GED
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently while also collaborating with a team
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and company procedures
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain water chemistry and the overall appearance of swimming pools and hot tubs.
- Perform routine checks on equipment, including pumps, filters, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Monitor and restock customers’ pool chemicals as needed.
- Skim, vacuum, and brush pools and spas.
- Clean skimmer baskets and other debris traps.
- Document work using electronic and paper logs.
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide top-tier service.
- Use cloud-based platforms for documentation and reporting.
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering.
- Maintain company vehicles and tools in clean and working condition.
- Report any vehicle maintenance needs to the Maintenance Manager.
- Attend company meetings and training sessions as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
