As a Sales Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, playing a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on identifying potential sales opportunities, developing strategies to engage new clients, and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients.
Pay is variable based on experience with the potential for uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the small and medium business sector.
- Develop and implement innovative lead generation and prospecting techniques, including social media outreach, networking events, and industry-specific forums.
- Develop custom solutions and proposals tailored to the specific needs of each potential client.
- Respond promptly to marketing-generated inquiries, ensuring exceptional service alignment.
- Effectively coordinate and organize sales meetings with potential and existing clients, accommodating both in-person and virtual formats. Conduct thorough research on target SMBs to develop comprehensive prospecting lists.
- Execute outbound call campaigns tailored to specific verticals, events, or targets to boost our pipeline.
- Provide support for direct or indirect channel sales efforts as needed.
- Exceed revenue quotas through strategic sales initiatives and relationship-building efforts.
Data Management & Reporting
- Utilize advanced CRM tools to track and analyze sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Optimize sales pipeline management to drive maximum results; prepare and present sales reporting as requested.
- Utilize web research to identify and engage appropriate contacts within organizations.
- Conduct regular analysis of sales performance data to identify patterns, opportunities for improvement, and successful strategies.
Products and Services
- Thoroughly learn and understand products and services.
