Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide array of dental procedures such as crowns, fillings, root canals, extractions, cosmetic smile designs, and implant placement and restorations.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Follow aseptic techniques to ensure infection control
- Utilize CAD systems for designing dental restorations
- Familiarity with medical coding for insurance billing purposes
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid Tennessee state dental license
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, oral health, and medical terminology
- Proficiency in using Dentrix or similar dental practice management software
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We offer competitive compensation based on a daily rate in the range above until 35% of collections surpasses that daily rate.
