SCHEDULE:
Wednesday through Sunday, with Mondays and Tuesdays off
COMPENSATION: $110,000 - $140,000 annually

ABOUT US: UHNW Family with 1 baby seeks a dynamic full time live-in nanny. Family Splits time between Upstate New York and Florida, with occasional travel. The Nanny schedule will be Wednesday through Sunday, with Mondays and Tuesdays off. Family would like the hired nanny to become the Head Nanny, and oversee the second two-day-a-week nanny. This is a fully staffed home, with a personal chef, housekeepers and the like. There is a cat and dog - nanny must be allergy-free! Family is seeking a nanny who speaks Fluent Spanish and English (see below). They also are prioritizing candidates with a background in Education such as Early Childhood. There will be an opportunity for the nanny to create meaningful play activities with baby to meet milestones.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*10 years of experience in similar roles - UHNW and live-in experience a must
*Has worked with multiple staff, a co-nanny and candidates with experience as a head nanny on a team is a plus
*Experienced driver swimmer
*Nannies who speak Spanish will be given strong preference as family would like to immerse the child with this language
*Preference for someone educated in Early Childhood and/or a child-related field. Higher education in the form of certifications in child development is great as well.
*Excellent Communication and conflict resolution skills, with an easygoing yet professional demeanor
*Excellent references; family is requiring they speak directly to the two most recent employers
***Compensation: This role offers a highly competitive salary, the annual compensation will be $120,000-$140,000 commensurate with experience. Benefits package including health insurance is also offered.
