Express Service Technician Qualifications
- Previous Automotive experience/training
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service processes.
- Able to operate basic electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
Express Service Technician Responsibilities
- Must be able to clearly communicate
- Perform accurate diagnostics, repairs & thorough multi-point inspections
- Maintain Lincoln training certifications
- Work closely with Advisor and Parts Teams
- Must be able to work within a Team Environment
