Product Genius Responsibilities
- Assist in obtaining necessary insurance, bank and internal documentation required for the completion of a new car purchase or lease
- Following up after delivery to assist customers with additional questions
- Represent The Premier Collection’s brand with excellence
- Willingness to take initiative
- Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
- Highly organized and eagerness to improve
- Safely transport customer’s cars to and from the dealership
- Customization of customer profiles and explanation of technology
Product Genius Qualifications
- Caring, Patient & Empathetic
- Ability to maintain hardworking, high-energy personality throughout the workday
- Positive can-do mentality, eager to improve
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
