Duties

- Responsible for front desk, greeting visitors and managing inquiries with professionalism.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, ensuring timely responses.
- Utilize computer literacy to manage various software applications and tools effectively.
- Assist in preparing reports, and other documents as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, customer service, and collections, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in calendar management and customer service.
- Familiarity with collections and account ledgers is a plus.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor suitable for front desk interactions.
