What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing daily onsite operations, ensuring projects run efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
- Managing subcontractors, trade professionals, and suppliers, keeping the flow of work smooth.
- Collaborating with the Project Manager to execute project planning, scheduling, and forecasting.
- Coordinating inspections with local jurisdictions to ensure compliance.
- Managing project costs, including estimating labor, materials, and other expenditures.
- Problem-solving on-site—adjusting schedules, resolving conflicts, and keeping everything moving forward.
- Keeping detailed daily reports of site operations and progress.
- Ensuring that safety regulations and industry standards are strictly followed.
