Our Lifecycle Strategists fall in love with the problem and curate the relevant insights and connect the dots between brand objectives and consumer pulse. This enables us to create technical and creative solutions for the world’s most competitive and innovative brands. From lifecycle management and comms, to trend forecasting, go-to-market, and overall user digital and IRL experience, our Lifecycle Strategists are problem seekers and cross functional thought partners. Our Lifecycle Strategists think big and execute small, working across channels and technologies to accelerate our brand partners in establishing lasting relationships with their existing and potential consumers.
Responsibilities & Objectives
- Proven ability to create lifecycle strategies for a variety of audiences, brands, and industries. We want to know you can move from one client to the next without stumbling.
- Design and implement marketing experiments to improve consumer retention and reduce churn, strengthen the value proposition and educate consumers about products and benefits.
- Develop, analyze and report the results of marketing tests to gain key insights and inform future strategies.
- Ensure end-to-end consumer experiences are compelling, intuitive, and highly personalized.
- Develop a deep understanding of consumer interactions and identify reasons for consumer satisfaction or attrition.
- Work closely with global markets to understand their specific needs in the consumer lifecycle.
- Unpack complex business challenges and define problem solutions using data, design, research, best practices, and consumer insights.
- Translate brand strategy, business goals, cultural narratives, and consumer insights into compelling concepts.
- Bring strategic discoveries and insights into inspiring briefs and roadmaps for our teams and clients.
- Partner with creative, media, digital, and client teams to ground initiatives with a solid framework to ensure output and impact match the vision.
- Lead ideation and brainstorming sessions and help crystallize ideas into actionable solutions.
- Create detailed go-to-market strategies to drive communications, web, performance, CRM, digital efforts.
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to guide optimizations, long-term roadmaps, and overall project success.
- Research, evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and patterns for consideration across the marketing mix.
Qualifications
- 6 years experience working in highly cross-functional teams including creative and technical partners.
- Understanding of the social and communications landscape across all platforms.
- Understanding of the ever-evolving digital landscape including paid media, SEO, content marketing, performance marketing, creator marketing, email, and more.
- Deep lifecycle communications knowledge, understanding the consumer journey from awareness to conversion and beyond, through onboarding, retention and churn winback to drive long-term lifetime value from consumers.
- Proven track record of presenting your work to internal teams, senior leadership, and client partners.
- Self starter with proven interpersonal and communication skills.
Reports To
The Lifecycle Strategist role reports directly to the VP Strategy.
Details
- This is an in-office Portland, Oregon position with three days per week in office. A hybrid approach will make up the other two days per week, with additional days in office per week as needed or required by management. We’re committed to maintaining a professional level of flexibility for our team to do their best work. *We are open to fully remote candidates as well on a per case basis.
- The salary band for this role is $70,000-$85,000.
