RESPONSIBILITIES:

• New Hires setup in HRIS
• Employee file maintenance
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute daily responsibilities
• Create internal documents for communication such as tables, spreadsheets, etc.
• Respond to employee requests, provide information, and resolve problems
• Ability to generate various reports for management
• Compose inter-office, branch, and corporate communications
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Full-time position, excellent benefits, hourly wage
• HR Department mailouts (benefit notices, W-2’s, ACA, etc.)
• Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR Department
• Ordering & pick-up of office supplies for HR-related activities
• Other duties as assigned by the HR Director
• Individuals will be expected to complete ProLift Specific, Regulatory and Identified Equipment training through our internal LMS system.
• Individuals may be asked/required to complete 3rd party and customer required training to gain on-site access.
• Other duties as assigned/requested.

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• HRIS experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be able to gather and analyze information skillfully
• Must be able to identify and resolve problems promptly
• 1 to 2 years of general business experience, Human Resources preferred
• Basic knowledge of HR Laws helpful
• Must pass a drug test and background check

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
