The Proper Barbershop is looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Operations Assistant to join our team! As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check clients in and out
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
- Schedule and manage client appointments
- Maintain a clean and tidy front desk and shop area
- Restock barber supplies and retail products as needed
- Assist with day-to-day shop operations
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for appointment scheduling
- A positive and professional attitude
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus, but not required
