Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and energetic Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. Your responsibilities will include balancing financial transactions, processing guest check-ins and check-outs, and providing excellent customer service to guests. The position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle administrative tasks with accuracy. Key Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of guest accounts and ensure accuracy of billing.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
- Reconcile hotel cash drawers and balance all financial transactions.
- Answer guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Ensure hotel safety and security during overnight hours.
- Perform administrative duties, such as reporting and preparing financial documents.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Communicate effectively with daytime team members to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hotel environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software (experience with [list specific software if necessary]).
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Must be able to work overnight shifts and handle responsibilities during quieter hours.
