What You'll Do

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert service, handling renewals, and proactively identifying additional coverage opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing & Account Management

  • Act as the primary contact for personal lines clients, ensuring outstanding service and proactive policy management.
  • Handle policy changes, auto ID cards, and coverage inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage renewals, ensuring seamless transitions and proper coverage alignment.
  • Keep digital files updated and in compliance with agency standards.
  • Policy Growth & Retention

  • Conduct annual policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend additional lines of protection.
  • Engage in proactive outreach via calls, emails, and follow-ups to ensure policy retention.
  • Liaise with insurance carriers to align policies with client expectations.
  • Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with Sales Executives, underwriters, and carriers to optimize client solutions.
  • Track key performance metrics to ensure clients receive industry-leading service.
  • Assist with carrier requests, policy changes, and document management to keep workflows efficient.
  • What We Offer

  • Salary Range : $55,000 – $75,000, based on experience.

  • What You Bring

  • Property & Casualty license required.
  • 2 years of experience in insurance brokerage (Personal Lines servicing preferred).
  • Experience with Applied Epic (or willingness to learn).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
