Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Exercises a key role in the oversight of associate directors regarding all programs funded to fulfill the mission of The PRCC with a public health or community health perspective
- Oversees development and revisions to all PHI protocols and procedures.
- Assists in hiring activities: disseminating job descriptions and scheduling interviews,
- Provides leadership for all project activities, including day-to-day operations of the program.
- Provides oversight of program worksites within the PHI purview.
- Works with all grants to make sure that internal reporting and external reports are completed to ensure that goals and objectives are met.
- Maintains client confidentiality and complies with all federal, state, and city regulations as well as Vida/SIDA security and privacy polices intended to protect the security and privacy of individually identifiable health information.
- Oversees the completion of all required reports.
- Reports progress as required by the CDC funded grants (PS 21-2102).
- Serves as Principal investigator on CDC funded grant PS 21-21-2
- Completes mandatory trainings.
- Attends the weekly integration meeting conducted by PHI associate directors.
- Oversees all responsibilities of PRCC PHI associate directors.
- Attends mandatory directors meeting including the organization wide General Assembly.
- Collaborates with other programs of the PRCC.
- Other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s Degree with relevant experience of 10 years; Doctoral level degree preferred.
- Experience working with the target population.
- Knowledge of Program Coordination.
- Bilingual preferred- oral, reading, and writing (Spanish and English).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Works independently with strong sense of focus, task-oriented, nonjudgmental, open personal qualities, and clear sense of boundaries.
