About the Job :
We’re seeking an Account Executive to join our Software Quality Solutions Business Unit, focusing on acquiring new enterprise-level customers for GUI Test Automation Tools beyond the Qt ecosystem. In this role, you will develop a new territory and drive sales success with innovative tools like Squish, a leading GUI testing automation solution. This role is based in Dallas, TX.

You will :
Build relationships with C-Level Engineering Management, Engineering Directors, QA Analysts, Product Managers, and Project Managers within technical development organizations
Qualify inbound leads and drive outbound lead generation
Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals to maximize revenue
Collaborate with your Sales Manager to strategize on target accounts
Provide thought leadership and establish Qt Group as a trusted partner
Stay ahead of industry trends, products and services, and the competitive posture of Qt Group
Submit activity reports and sales forecasts weekly, keep SFDC up to date
Exceed annual sales targets
Identify and penetrate new accounts
About You :
3-5 years of SaaS / technology sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
Experience selling Functional Testing or Automated QA tools is a plus
Strong relationship-building, value-selling, and consultative skills
Familiarity with Sandler or MEDDIC sales methodologies is a bonus
Proficient in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Organized, results-driven, and thrive in fast-paced environments
