About the Job :
Qt Group is seeking a dynamic Solutions Engineer, SQS to join our Software Quality Solutions Engineering team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role by providing pre-sales technical support to regional sales teams. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering compelling technical presentations and engaging demonstrations of our Qt Software Quality products. You will actively participate in every facet of the technical sales process.
As a Solutions Engineer, you will have the opportunity to connect with stakeholders at the Director and VP levels of Engineering, showcasing the exceptional value of our Static Code and Software Architecture Analysis products. Your role will be crucial in aiding customers to effectively address their development challenges and achieve impactful business outcomes through a consultative sales
You will :
- Prepare and demonstrate SQS Tools functionality for a variety of host environments (Linux and Windows primarily).
- Deliver Proof of Value workshops (virtual or in-person), installing, configuring, and running our tools on the customer’s code, then reviewing the results with them.
- Develop expertise in software standards and best practices, as well as software architecture.
- Prepare structured plan to guide customers through evaluation process.
- Travel to assist customers with installation and configuration of products where required.
- Provide strategic and senior level product presentations, demonstrations, and trade show support.
- Follow up on prospects and accounts for functional / technical issues impacting the sales cycle and work to ensure a successful customer experience.
- Manage product evaluations and prepare RFP / RFI responses.
