Job Requirements:
- Run coil fed and compound tools on various presses
- Set up and operate hand transfer tooling with air cushion systems
- Load coils and manage scrap hoppers
- Maintain accurate production counts
- Follow shop work instructions
- Utilize MES systems for reporting scrap and good parts
- Conduct in-process inspections, measuring parts as needed
- Safely operate a forklift
Desired Qualifications:
- Proficient in running various types of parts, including secondary operations
- Pass written and physical forklift tests
- Demonstrate a professional attitude in interactions with colleagues, vendors, and customers
- Ability to lift 35 pounds
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
