Summary:
We are partnering with a prominent company in Horicon, WI to hire a Direct Hire Production Lead (Metal Stamping) to drive their production process forward.
Job Description
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that production stays on track and meets its deadlines. This involves identifying areas where processes can be improved to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
You will provide support to all employees within the stamping department and secondary processes, while also communicating effectively with the Tool Room, Purchasing, QA departments, and Maintenance to ensure product compliance.
In this role, you will lead die crash investigations, troubleshoot press and stamping-related issues, and coordinate repairs with outside vendors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass written and physical Forklift test
- Computer literacy and ability to read and write
- Professional demeanor for interfacing with employees, vendors, and customers
- Strong leadership skills to enforce rules while maintaining relationships with EE's
