Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Lead to join our team at The QTI Group. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that production keeps moving smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the flow of production to ensure timely completion of jobs
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Provide support and guidance to all stamping department employees and secondary processes
- Communicate effectively with the Tool Room, Purchasing, QA departments, and Maintenance to ensure product compliance
- Lead investigations into die crashes and troubleshoot press and stamping related issues
- Coordinate repairs with external vendors as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to pass written and physical Forklift test
- Must be computer literate and have excellent communication skills
- Professional demeanor required for interfacing with employees, vendors, and customers
