The QTI Group is partnering with a leading company in Horicon, WI to hire a Direct Hire Production Lead (Metal Stamping) to oversee their production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure timely completion of jobs
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement strategies to improve quality and reduce waste
- Liaise with external vendors to resolve press and stamping related issues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to pass written and physical Forklift test
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
