- Motivate and manage Production Superintendents to execute production schedules efficiently.
- Continuously improve all aspects of production and sanitation processes.
- Establish plans and priorities for resources.
- Develop team and leadership opportunities proactively.
- Ensure production teams follow established FS/PQ policies and procedures.
- Participate in New Product Development/Launch committee.
- Attend first production runs to guarantee products meet specifications and customer expectations.
- Lead weekly planning meetings.
