Summary:
Our client located in Waunakee, WI is seeking a Remodel Sales Manager to join their team! In this role you'll collaborate with homeowners, designers, and an in-house construction team to ensure high-quality remodels. The ideal candidate will have a combination of sales and building and remodeling experience. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Pay is base plus commission, and competitive benefits are available. Use of company cell phone and iPad.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and nurture leads, maintaining a strong pipeline of potential remodeling projects
- Guide clients through the remodeling process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience
- Develop accurate project budgets and proposals in collaboration with the team
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through regular communication and problem solving
- Stay up to date on industry trends and market conditions to enhance sales strategies
Qualification:
- High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in building and remodeling
- Proven experience in remodeling sales, residential construction, or a related field
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
- Knowledge of remodeling processes, including design, budgeting, and construction phases
- Passion for high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service
- Willingness to complete drug screen and background check upon offer
