The QTI Group is excited to partner with a manufacturer in Saukville to hire their next Service Sales Representative. Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Sales Representative is responsible for promotion and sales of parts, customized fittings and service contracts with municipalities throughout the Midwest.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze customer inquires via site visits, development of quotes and service estimates and develop customized pricing plans
- Acquire, order and track parts needed to complete service orders
- Provide technical support to operators and use product knowledge to offer customized products and service contracts
- Establish rapport and build relationships with customers and vendors
Qualifications
- Degree in business development, sales or technical background preferred
- Ability to travel within the Midwest, with occasional overnight travel
- Strong professional communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and resolution skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
