Job Summary: Our valued client, a prestigious wealth management firm, seeks an accomplished Wealth Advisor to join their team. This role can be based in Waunakee, Manitowoc, or Wausau, WI, and requires full-time work Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Compensation is competitive based on experience and licensure, and the company offers comprehensive benefits. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients for new or ongoing financial planning relationships.
- Develop personalized recommendations and prepare customized planning deliverables.
- Conduct client meetings, effectively communicate recommendations, and address client inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, ensure follow-up actions are completed, and update client records accurately.
- Stay informed about economic trends and market changes to guide strategic portfolio adjustments.
- Evaluate clients' financial goals and provide suitable investment recommendations.
- Develop and deliver financial solutions, guiding clients toward informed decisions on financial advice.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in wealth management, account management, banking, or a related field.
- Licensure: Series 65 or Series 66 required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups of people and businesses.
- Strong math skills.
- Ability to quickly learn information and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of both client and staff information.
