Wealth Advisor

Summary:
Our valued client, an award-winning wealth management firm, is in search of a Wealth Advisor to join their team! This position can operate onsite in Waunakee, Manitowoc, or Wausau, WI, full-time Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Pay is competitive based on experience and licensure, and competitive benefits are available. Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients for new or ongoing financial planning relationships.
• Develop tailored recommendations, and prepare planning deliverables.
• Conduct client meetings, deliver recommendations effectively, and address client questions and concerns.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, ensure follow-up actions are completed, and update client records accurately.
• Stay informed on economic trends and market changes to guide strategic portfolio adjustments.
• Evaluate clients’ financial goals, and provide appropriate investment recommendations.
• Develop and deliver financial solutions, guiding clients toward informed action on financial advice.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• 3 years of experience in wealth management, account management, banking or related required
• Licensure required: Series 65 or Series 66
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse group of people and businesses
• Strong math skills
• Ability and willingness to quickly learn information, and work with little supervision
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of both client and staff information
