Job Summary: The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of our construction projects. This individual must possess a strong background in the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and the executive management team. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a sense of urgency are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and set up new projects.
- Solicit bids from subcontractors for various project scopes.
- Issue change orders to owners and subcontractors.
- Track and manage project budgets.
- Provide support to field personnel.
- Issue and monitor purchase orders for materials.
- Schedule the delivery and removal of rental equipment.
- Prepare billings and closeout packages for customers.
- Complete closeout documents and follow up with subcontractors and customers.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations.
- Basic analytical skills to solve standard problems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
- Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Must pass a criminal history background check and drug test.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States (I-9).
Additional Information:
- Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed.
- This position requires in-office presence.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
