Project Manager
Leading commercial contractor specializing in painting, wallcovering, and coatings is seeking an experienced, hands-on Project Manager to join its team. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring their successful completion on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct site visits, assess project progress, and ensure quality control and safety compliance.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
- Lead and manage project teams, including field supervisors and subcontractors.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving project-related issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare and present project reports, financial tracking, and documentation.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote future business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction
- Experience with paint, drywall, flooring, or other relevant finishing background is required
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices, contracts, and safety regulations.
- Experience managing process and people to achieve results
- Experience with Estimating is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Sage Timberline is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- High degree of integrity
Salary : $90,000 - $125,000
