The Rally Sports Bar & Grille is located in the Airport Plaza, 1800 Post Road in Warwick (the old Red Crab).

This person will tend to our guests with the utmost service.

Responsibilities:

- Greets guests in a friendly and courteous manner, taking the time to understand their preferences and special requests while making dietary accommodations, as needed.
- Takes orders accurately and efficiently, using POS systems to manage orders, cash and credit handling responsibilities.
-Runs KENO and other tickets through the RI lottery system.
- Maintains that every food dish and drink is presented with care and attention to detail.
- Manages tables effectively, ensuring that guests receive their meals and drinks in a timely manner.
- Develops a rapport with guests, providing personalized service and making sure that their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
- Work closely with our kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure that food and drink orders are fulfilled promptly and to the highest standard.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu and ingredients, being able to answer questions and make recommendations as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, balancing cash and operating POS systems.
-Maintains that dining room and work area cleanliness are up to RI Department of Health standards and regulations.
- Ensures that all transactions are accurate and that guests receive the correct change.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, adhering to our high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.

**No experience needed!** On the job training is available. This candidate must have the can-do spirit & be willing to work together as a team!
