Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Manager at The Ranch Hudson Valley and The Ranch Malibu. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruiting, hiring, training, payroll, and employee relations. They will develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and fostering a positive work culture. Travel may be required to both California and New York properties as needed.

- Knowledge of labor regulations and compliance
- Experience with fostering a positive work culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- California and New York Human Resources experience required
- Experience in the hospitality or wellness industry is beneficial
