Dallas Area. This role will require work to be completed 100% Onsite.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Controls & Automation Engineer to design, program, and implement control systems for industrial automation projects. You will work with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), PLC programming, and SCADA to optimize production and ensure seamless system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Program control systems for automation projects.
- Deploy MES to improve production workflows.
- PLC programming from scratch (Rockwell Logix, RSLogix).
- Integrate systems and troubleshoot to ensure optimal performance.
- Create documentation (SOPs, system specs, test plans).
- Provide on-site support during startup, commissioning, and training.
Job Requirements:
- 5 years in industrial automation and control system design.
- Experience deploying Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Expertise in PLC programming (Rockwell Logix, RSLogix).
- Proficient in SQL, SCADA, and industrial manufacturing processes.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- IT mindset with a focus on integration.
- Experience with Wonderware, VFD setup, and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of OSHA, NEC, and UL 508A standards.
