Who are we hiring?
We are actively looking for talented individuals to join our Sales Management Development Program. If you are highly driven, quick learner who is resilient by nature and willing to commit to mastering our craft we may be the place for you! To be considered applicants must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4 year university. We offer a base salary commission bonus opportunity. The 3 phases you will progress through are outlined below:
Phase 1: Recruiter- Welcome to Boot Camp! Time to learn the business and show us you have what it takes to move up and become a salesperson and future leader in this organization.
Main Objectives:
- Learn how to put people to work.. and lots of them.
- Learn how to train and develop new recruiters
- Learn how to sell from “the chair”
Phase 2: Account Manager–Run your own team! Learn how to sell and become a top producer in the company.
Main Objectives:
- Learn how to sell, account manage and run a team of your own recruiters
- Become a Top Sales Producer in the organization
- Show you have the leadership skills to advance on to an Practice Director role in the organization
Phase 3: Vertical/Regional Director- Run your own practice. We are going places, be a part of the growth to new regions and vertical markets across the US. Manage sales/recruiting teams and learn how to run a business.
Main Objectives:
- Open and grow new regions and verticals for the company
- Build a winning culture, hire great staff and provide exceptional training & development
- Be responsible for promoting new Office Directors
Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
