Lead multiple capital projects simultaneously using a hands-on approach. Manage a number of small capital projects critical to the organization’s success. The ideal candidate will bring a strong engineering background, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute capital projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Prepare and justify project proposals and budgets, securing necessary approvals.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, equipment vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage 4 projects simultaneously, with budgets ranging from $500,000 to $1.5 million.
- Supervise equipment installations to ensure operational readiness and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders to monitor progress and address challenges.
- Oversee projects such as :
Dough depositor installations
Slicer upgrades
Inline bulk dosing scale installations
Dust control systems
Electrical upgrades, including replacing transformers and managing electrical components
