We are an expanding team of Customer Support professionals. Our team supports Sales and Service Centers and their service to our customers across the United States.
About the position:
We're looking for a Customer Support Project Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Develop, implement, and maintain assigned programs, reports, contracts and tasks for customer support and systems for department.
- Maintain reports for customer needs and follow up on action items.
- Track Scheduled Maintenance completion, document and follow-up on issues.
- Maintain Scheduled Maintenance Reports for specific customers and Sales and Service Centers.
- Coordinate movement of key account customer equipment.
- Reviews and interprets reports and provides summaries and resulting action plans.
- Plan, coordinate and conduct standard and non-standard projects.
- Follow-up with customers and Sales and Service Centers.
- Be responsible for interpreting, modifying, and evaluating policies and processes.
- Exchanges information and resolves issues with senior and executive level staff inside and outside the Company regarding best practices on asset management, scheduled maintenance, and work order management.
- Work under normal office conditions where required to sit for extended periods of time. Regularly spend significant amounts of time working in front of computer terminal.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field OR 3 or more years of relevant work experience is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Extensive experience with Excel and other Microsoft office programs.
It would be great if you had:
- Project management experience.
- Customer service experience.
About the total compensation package:
Salary - $60,406 - $72,301 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience.
