Your leadership will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining a regional management structure that supports scalability. You will work closely with department leads, including brokerage operations, finance, support, and other team members nationwide. Additionally, you will create and refine company-wide and state-specific brokerage operations manuals. By driving innovation in brokerage operations, you will effectively support the expanding agent base, utilizing remote digital technology to facilitate communication and collaboration.
