About The Role
We are looking for a skilled Facilities Supervisor to join our Phoenix team. As the Facilities Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the Facilities Staff and day to day operations at the Phoenix Authentication Center. This position will report to the Associate Director, West Coast Facilities.
What You Get To Do Every Day
- Supervises Facilities staff at the Phoenix Authentication Center
- Provides day to day management of all onsite and outside vendors
- Manages small facilities projects
- Lead and provide support to the cleaning crew
- Supports Associate Director with Capital Project Management
- Tracking and reporting repairs and additional services
- Establish and coordinate all preventive maintenance on all of the equipment
- Coordinate moves, add and changes projects
- Setup new employees work areas
- Schedule furniture delivery and installation
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly facility inspections to identify necessary repairs or servicing
- Creates purchase orders for Facilities vendors and services
Compensation, Benefits, Perks
The expected hourly rate for this role is 26.52-31.49. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
