Job Title: BHT Supervisor

Job Description:

We are a national behavioral health provider seeking a dedicated BHT Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our substance abuse treatment center in Mountainside, NJ. This role is responsible for managing housing, behavioral health technicians, transportation services, and facility maintenance to ensure a safe, efficient, and supportive environment for clients and staff.

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH EXPERIENCE

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate housing operations to maintain a structured and comfortable living environment for clients.
• Oversee behavioral health technicians (BHTs), ensuring proper scheduling, training, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Manage transportation services, including scheduling and compliance with safety regulations.
• Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of the facility and grounds, addressing building needs and coordinating with vendors as necessary.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support the overall mission and goals of the center.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of state regulations related to substance abuse treatment facilities is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
