About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Licensed Clinician with your SUDP / SUDPT looking to utilize your skillset by making an impact in the lives of others.
You will be responsible for conducting Biopsychosocial Assessments, Integrated Summaries, Comprehensive Problem Lists, Integrated Master Treatment Plans and Updates, Individual, family and group therapy session notes, and Discharge Summaries.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Minimum Masters' Degree in social work, psychology or related human services field.
- At least two (2) years of clinical experience in the mental health field (additional training may substitute for one year)
- Must also hold one of the following licenses in the State of WA:
- LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor)
- LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker)
- LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
- LMHCA (Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate)
- LSWAIC (Licensed Social Work Associate & Independent Clinical)
- LMFTA (Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate)
- Must be certified in the State of WA with a SUDP / SUDPT or willing to obtain it.
