Job Summary: A Marketing Communications Coordinator supports the RG Marketing, Tile Division team to develop and implement outreach and promotional campaigns to boost engagement, conversion and revenue. Support the RG brands campaigns and goals by engaging written and visual communication, day-to-day media inquiries, and other responsibilities as needed.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist with the content, design and strategy execution of organic marketing campaigns
Ability to assist or serve as main point of contact for media, press, celebrity influencers, etc.
Manage, post and schedule yearly editorial calendars for RG Tile brands on various social media websites via HubSpot
Respond to comments, DMs, reviews and questions on social media and other necessary platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, HubSpot, Google, Yelp, Forums, etc).
Create digital marketing content that supports social campaigns (such as blogs, case studies, fact sheets, short videos and press articles for modern media and traditional news outlets)
Explore social media trends and determine relevance for internal brand amplification
Explore AI capabilities and leverage generative imagery on social media for intriguing posts and engagement
Create compelling graphics using platforms such as Adobe Creative Cloud Suite or Canva alongside design team and agency
Assist with photo/video content shoots (if applicable)
Provide general marketing administrative support
Ensure brand message is consistent, creative, unique, and FUN!
Required Skills/Abilities:
Well versed in English rules of grammar and punctuation
Well versed in Microsoft 365 Suite
Well versed in design tools such as Canva
Well versed in HubSpot
Well versed in all social media platforms
Ability to adapt to trends and technology in the digital marketing space
Hybrid work environment (will require travel for trade shows and video shoots)
Full Time
Education and Experience:
Preferred BA in related field
At least two years’ related experience required
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Standing at trade show events or video shoots
Must be able to lift >25 pounds at times
Compensation:
Starting Base Rate/Salary:
$19.00-$21.00/hr
