Job Summary: The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for meeting sales goals, negotiating regional and local deals, managing established processes, and maintaining market knowledge and current trends. They will also open and maintain customer accounts and develop relationships with customer base along with delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Plans and directs personal achievement of sales by planning and scheduling meetings with new and current customers.
- Drive sales growth in the region by prospecting and forming new relationships with customers in person or over the phone, generating leads and closing sales.
- Work cross-functionally with all Turf Hub departments (Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and Customer Service) to exceed sales goals.
- Develop and implement strategies and techniques to promote sales within new and existing product lines and customer base.
- Communicate regularly with management on sales goals, market trends, challenges and opportunities.
- Ensure that the highest level of customer service and ethical behavior are followed.
- Address and resolve all customer requests with a positive approach.
- Act as a technical resource for customers and others in the organization,
- Enter in pertinent information in CRM systems.
- Submit bi-monthly updates to the Director of Operations.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree
