Job Description:
D&B Property Maintenance is looking for a dependable and skilled Painter to join our team. You’ll work under the guidance of our lead painter, assisting with various commercial, residential, and government projects.
Responsibilities:
- Use paint sprayers, brushes, and rollers to apply finishes
- Properly mask and tape off areas before painting
- Follow directions from lead painter and maintain a clean, professional job site
- Safely work at heights as needed
- Perform general prep work and cleanup
Requirements:
- Available for night shifts for the first 2–3 months
- Comfortable working at heights
- Experience using paint sprayers and understanding of masking techniques
- Ability to paint cleanly and precisely with a brush
- Reliable and willing to take direction
