Job Description:
D&B Property Maintenance is seeking a reliable and hard-working Pressure Washing Technician to join our team. This role involves pressure washing the ground and exterior surfaces of commercial, government, and residential properties to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Responsibilities:
- Operate pressure washing equipment to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, and other surfaces
- Drive company vehicles, including larger commercial vehicles, to and from job sites
- Safely work at heights when needed
- Follow all safety protocols and job site procedures
- Maintain equipment and keep tools clean and in working order
- Requirements:
- Comfortable working overnight shifts and occasional daytime jobs
- Confident driving larger commercial vehicles
- Not afraid of heights
- Must be dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Prior pressure washing experience is a plus but not required
