We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register operations.
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations as needed.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, enhancing guest relations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Experience with POS systems is a plus, along with proficiency in using cash registers.
- Strong guest service skills, with the ability to assist guests effectively and enhance their dining experience.
