We’re a fast-growing, medical wellness and aesthetics practice that’s changing the game in personalized, genetics-based medicine. Our clients are primarily high-achieving women in their 30s and 40s who are tired of the traditional “bandaid” approach to healthcare. They come to us seeking more energy, more confidence, and real answers—and we deliver, with a customized, whole-person approach that’s rooted in science, but backed by soul.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Partnering closely with the owner and providers to support the ongoing growth of our clinical services
• Managing daily operations and ensuring our patient experience reflects our high standards of care
• Leading and mentoring a small but mighty team with empathy, clarity, and accountability
• Creating and refining systems that improve efficiency, communication, and overall flow
• Managing staff schedules, ordering and inventory, and coordinating vendors
• Tracking key metrics and proactively solving issues before they become problems
• Contributing your voice and ideas to improve team culture and patient care
