Key Holder/Sales Associate – The Refinery
Job Summary:
The Refinery is looking for a responsible and customer-focused Key Holder/Sales Associate to support daily store operations. As a Key Holder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store runs smoothly by opening and closing the location, assisting vendors and customers, and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment.
Responsibilities:
- Open and close the store, ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and vendors.
- Assist vendors with booth setup, restocking, and merchandising.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Address customer and vendor inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Support store management in inventory checks and other operational tasks.
- Ensure safety and security procedures are upheld at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail, customer service, or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Basic understanding of retail operations and cash handling.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work some evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
