Agency Technology Coordinator

Qualifications:

Associate's degree or two years of transferable work experience in a related field.

• Valid NYS driver's license.
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships working with diverse populations.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
• Intermediate-level computer skills, with experience in training users of varying technical backgrounds and diverse learning styles.
• Passion for community service and the mission of the Food Bank.

Position Summary: The Agency Technology Coordinator is responsible for implementing technology platforms utilized by the Food Bank's agency members. This position involves travel to agencies within our 23-county service area, executing virtual and in person training, and fielding inquiries or troubleshooting requests from partners.

Physical Requirements: This position works in a typical office setting but may be exposed to extreme temperatures in a warehouse setting. There may be extended periods of sitting, standing and/or bending, listening, talking and/or visual concentration, writing, and/or computer use. This position would generally have routine opportunities for the employee to be able to alter their physical position or change eye focus. Lifting should not normally exceed 30 pounds.

Duties and Responsibilities: In conjunction with the Partner Technology and Support Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

• 
  Project Coordination

Assists in the development and direct implementation of the Service Insights neighbor intake and data collection software at agency distribution sites. Provides on-going program support. Assists with any future platform rollouts.

• Creates project schedules in accordance with plan timeline and adheres to deadlines.
• Collaborates with staff to analyze data to inform and direct strategy.
• Identifies technology needs for agencies/partners.
• Provides up-to-date, accurate information and reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Training

• Creates and supports onboarding and training programs to promote the use of technology resources.
• Develops and updates training materials in a variety of formats including written training manual, online/webinars, videos, and in person training scripts.
• Creates systems to document and track training progress.
• Schedules, tracks, and implements in-person and online software training and demonstrations.

• 
  Customer Service/Technical Support

Configures and maintains agency user accounts, ensuring confidentiality of data and facilitating signature of agreements.

• Provides in-person and online technical support for the Online Ordering system and Service Insights software in a friendly, and timely manner.
• Troubleshoots data inconsistencies including duplicates, typos, and overuse of anonymous visits.
• Documents software issues and feedback as needed, engages with software vendors to report bugs and enhancement requests.
• Visits partner agencies and program partners to train, onboard, observe and troubleshoot implementation and offers ongoing support.

Performs other duties as assigned.
