A Brief Overview
The Senior Talent Acquisition Project Lead will develop, implement, and measure Regional One Health's employment branding, strategic partnerships, and pipeline planning programs to champion the organization as an employer of choice in the marketplace. This role is responsible for managing pipeline programs and employment-related outreach initiatives focused on building our talent pipelines. The Senior Talent Acquisition Project Lead will partner closely with the Marketing team on recruiting materials, promotional items, displays, videos, campaigns, and social media content to attract top talent to the organization. Additionally, this role will serve as administrative project support for the contract compliance and onboarding team.
What you will do
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Contract and Compliance team to serve as the primary point of contact for employment branding, strategic partnerships, and pipeline planning programs :
- Collaborate with the Onboarding team to ensure seamless integration of new hires and improve onboarding processes.
- Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and execute strategies that enhance the company's employment brand.
- Work with the Contract staffing team to ensure all hiring practices and onboarding processes comply with onboarding requirements.
- Lead initiatives to build and maintain strategic partnerships with educational institutions, industry associations, and other relevant organizations to enhance talent pipelines.
- Develop and implement marketing and outreach programs to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of employment branding, strategic partnerships, and pipeline planning programs, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration on talent acquisition and onboarding initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for contract compliance and onboarding projects, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed accurately and timely.
- Report on key metrics and outcomes related to employment branding, strategic partnerships, and pipeline planning programs to senior management. Support the project needs related to talent acquisition, contract compliance, and onboarding processes.
- Design ongoing creative and cost-effective strategies, including appropriate presentations, templates, social media content, and other materials to attract top talent.
- Participate in the analysis, development, and administration of new or revised recruiting strategies, best practices, metrics, policies, and procedures.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Utilize data-driven methods to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make improvements as needed.
- Develop and generate routine and special reports to monitor and track progress and determine ROI.
- Participate in developing web-based and local / regional recruitment activities designed to attract the most qualified candidates.
- Manage pipeline programs and other employment-related community outreach initiatives that specifically focus on building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill or high-turnover roles.
